Sircle Agency (sircle.agency, Chamber of Commerce 78204240) takes your privacy seriously. We process personal data in line with the GDPR (AVG in the Netherlands).
What we collect
- Contact data when you reach out (name, email, company, message)
- Customer and billing data when we work together
- Anonymous website analytics via Fathom (privacy-friendly, no cookies)
- Company-level visitor identification via Leadinfo (IP-based, no personal data)
Leadinfo
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website, and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. "leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo.

Sharing with third parties
We only share data with parties needed to deliver our services (hosting, accounting, email, analytics) and only when required by law. We sign data processing agreements with every processor. Data is never stored outside the EEA without proper safeguards.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@sircle.agency. We respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Retention
Contact requests up to 2 years after last contact · Customer data for the duration of the engagement + 7 years (legal retention period) · Technical/analytics data up to 26 months.
