For Breinwijzers we built a custom booking and intake platform: a dedicated checkout flow on boeken.breinwijzers.nl, with Airtable as the database and Stripe for payments. No off-the-shelf webshop, but a setup tailored to their supervision and course structure — combined with ongoing monthly maintenance.

Calendly, but fully custom — with database and payments
Like Calendly, but fully tailored. We built a dedicated booking platform on boeken.breinwijzers.nl with Airtable as the database, Stripe for payments and a custom checkout flow. Clients book a live session that lands directly in the right supervisor's calendar. Auto-sync, fully automated, including invoicing.
- Live booking flow per session type (Individual, Duo, Group, Events)
- Auto-sync to each supervisor's calendar (Maartje, Mareille, Femke, Marte, Marjolein, Renske)
- Real-time availability from Airtable, no manual scheduling
- Fully automated payments and invoicing via Stripe
